Adapalene, (Apalene Cream) works for treating of acne vulgaris and keratosis pilaris. Adapalene modulates retinoid receptors that are expressed in the skin of the face, back, and chest. Adapalene regulates the processes of cell differentiation, keratinization, and inflammation, which are implicated in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris. Adapalene binds to specific retinoic acid nuclear receptors and inhibits the formation of microcomedones. Adapalene is a doctor prescription (Adapalene) medicine.
Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd. of Bangladesh mfg Apalene Cream. Apply to the affected areas of skin, once daily at Bad-time. Rub the medication into apply a small amount of medication in a thin layer. Wash your hands after using this product unless your hands are being treated. If your doctor recommends a moisturizer, apply it after this medication.
The most common side effects of Adapalene are:
Dryness, skin redness, mild burning, itching, scaling, or worsening of acne
Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because your doctor has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: very red/irritated skin, an intense burning sensation, eye redness and watering (conjunctivitis), eyelid swelling, skin discoloration.
