Capecitabine, (Captabine) works for treating colon cancer, metastatic colorectal carcinoma, Pancreatic Cancer, gastric cancer (stomach cancer) and Oesophageal cancer. Captabine is used alone or in combination with other medicines (such as docetaxel) in the treatment of breast cancer. It’s a doctor prescription (Xeloda/ Capecitabine) medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Captabine tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Side Effect:

The most common side effects of Capecitabine are:
