Side Effect:
The most common side effects of Docetaxel are:

Pain or swelling at the injection site, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive tearing, fatigue, dizziness, drowsiness, feeling drunk, constipation, and loss of appetite. Tell your doctor or pharmacist right away if any of these side effects persist or worsen.
