Nintedanib, (Fibroz) works for treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF; This disease scars and stiffens your lungs, making it hard to breathe), systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease, and chronic fibrotic interstitial lung disease. It is also used to treat adenocarcinoma type locally advanced, metastatic or locally recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in combination with docetaxel in patients who have already received previous treatment with chemotherapy. It’s a doctor prescription (Ofev/ Nintedanib) medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fibroz capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

The most common side effects of Nintedanib are:
