Nintedanib, (Fibroz) works for treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF; This disease scars and stiffens your lungs, making it hard to breathe), systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease, and chronic fibrotic interstitial lung disease. It is also used to treat adenocarcinoma type locally advanced, metastatic or locally recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in combination with docetaxel in patients who have already received previous treatment with chemotherapy. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fibroz capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
