Ruxolitinib, (JAKAVI) works for treating disease in adult patients with primary myelofibrosis (also known as chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis), post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis, or post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis Splenomegaly or symptoms.Jakavi is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with polycythemia vera who are resistant or intolerant to hydroxyurea. It’s a doctor prescription (Ruxolitinib ) medicine.

Novartis India Ltd. of India mfg Jakavi. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Jakavi tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
