Side effects:
The most common side effects of Pembrolizumab are:
vomiting, abdominal pain, or trouble sleeping, tiredness, swelling ankles/feet/hands, itchy skin, nausea. Tell your doctor or pharmacist right away if any of these side effects persist or worsen.
Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because your doctor has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: new/worsening cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea with blood/mucus, symptoms of liver disease (such as persistent nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach/abdominal pain, yellowing eyes/skin, dark urine), signs of kidney problems (such as change in the amount of urine, pink/bloody urine).
