Danazol, (Lozana)works for treating pelvic pain and infertility due to a certain uterus disorder (endometriosis). Danazol is also used to prevent swelling of the abdomen/arms/legs/face/airway due to a certain congenital disease (hereditary angioedema) and also to treat breast pain/ tenderness/ nodules due to a certain breast condition (fibrocystic breast disease). Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lozana capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Side Effect:
The most common side effects of Danazol are:
