Alpelisib, (Pivikto) works for treating kinase inhibitor, hormone receptor (HR) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor, in combination with fulvestrant in patients with disease progression during or after treatment with an endocrine-based regimen -2-negative (HER2-), PIK3CA-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women and men. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pivikto tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Side Effect:
