Ponatinib, (Ponaxen) works for treating
♦Treatment of adult patients with chronic phase, accelerated phase or acute phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph ALL) who cannot be treated with other TKIs.

♦Treatment of adult patients with T315I positive chronic phase, accelerated phase or acute phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or T315I positive Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph ALL).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ponaxen tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Side Effect:

The most common side effects of Ponatinib are:
