The most common side effects of TRASTUZUMAB DERUXTECN are:

Dizziness, stomach/abdominal pain, Diarrhea, vomiting, mouth sores, dry mouth, loss of appetite, tiredness, nausea, hair loss, constipation, nose bleeds, or headache. Tell your doctor or pharmacist right away if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: symptoms of heart failure (such as shortness of breath, swelling ankles/feet, unusual tiredness, unusual/sudden weight gain), bone pain, numbness/tingling, mental/mood changes, fast/irregular heartbeat, easy bruising/bleeding.
